Though my VA mortgage assumption sale was more complex than a normal sale. Brandon handled it efficiently couldn't have gone better overall. I was expecting likely hold-ups or issues because of the unique nature of a loan assumption. Meeting and working with Brandon has been one of the best things that could have happened to us. We happened to meet outside a house he was showing that we were driving by to look at in person.
