Brandon is awesome. When we were looking to buy our first home my wife called the company Brandon works for and somehow he got assigned to us. It has been a few months, but feel I would be doing Brandon a dis- service if I did not take the time to share our experience. I am the daughter of aging parents, who needed to get as much money from the sale of their home as possible. We also needed the home to sell quickly. Brandon was excellent to work with. He was the sellers’ agent on a transaction that I did the mortgage loan for. It was very apparent that he wanted to keep his sellers informed and in so doing, was able to help facilitate the transaction to make it smoother for the buyer as well. Very communicative. Brandon is the best real estate agent in my opinion covering the Salt Lake Valley. He is apart of the Justin Udy Century 21 team. Arguably the number 1 real estate team in Utah. He has been great to work with and very professional. Brandon really knows his stuff when it comes to buying and selling a real estate property, from comps, to demographics, to market analysis. He has helped me multiple times buying a home and selling my home. My home was on the market for less than a week and we received multiple offers above list prist.
